This residence generally receives high marks for its prime location, placing students within easy reach of downtown amenities, parks, and even a convenient ground-floor grocery store. Many residents highlight the beautiful views, well-maintained amenities like the pool and gym, and the vibrant social atmosphere created by community events as significant positives. While the dedicated staff, particularly the leasing and maintenance teams, are often praised for their friendliness, responsiveness, and helpfulness, some residents have reported concerns regarding elevator reliability, occasional cleanliness issues in common areas, and inconsistent communication from management.

If you’re looking for a place managed by someone who truly cares, Circ Apartments is fortunate to have Tammy. She is an incredible asset to the community, and I highly recommend both Tammy and Circ Apartments.

I’ve lived here almost 4 years now, every year there seems to be a new group/conglomerate that takes over building management. I’ve never had an issue until recently. I’ve swept my balcony for almost 4 years now because, obviously, I’m going to keep it clean. My unit’s balcony doesn’t have ANY drain holes and doesn’t sit at an angle so all the rain water pools up in it. Some new Tennant below me started complaining that I’m sweeping off “water filled with animal feces”. Tammy and the new management team didn’t try to cross check the story or come and talk to me. I simply got a warning letter that I must stop. When I went down to talk to her at the leasing office, her and Elsa are immediately standoffish giving off a bunch of attitude. I was told I need to buy a mop and bucket and mop my balcony and dump the bucket in my toilet everytime it rains. When I asked about switching units to one with drain holes in the balcony Tammy said “we don’t have units with drain holes in the balcony” thankfully there was a guy from maintenance down there who I had explain to Tammy that yes, indeed, there are units with drain holes in the balcony and you can even see them from the 9th floor pool patio. Crazy that I had to explain to the leasing office manager that the building indeed does have units with drain holes in the balcony. I’m waiting for that to be sent to me in writing since there is NOTHING in my lease that tells me how I have to clean my balcony, just word of mouth from some new staff that she wants me to do things her way. All in all- You get new tenants who want to bring a Great Dane and their 4 kids into an apartment building running around being loud barking who will complain if you sweep your balcony, mixed with clueless new staff who will do anything to make the new Tennant’s happy they don’t care if you’ve lived there 4 years, to them you’ve done your time you’re spent and washed they want to bring in new people. Also remember when you guys didn’t let me renew my lease a couple years back because you were turning into “owner based condos” and had me either buy my unit or move out? But then nobody bought a single unit because you asked 800k+ for a 2 bedroom unit and then I was able to renew my lease again since you realized you messed up and can’t sell a single one? Yeah some grimy business practices going on in this building. And yeah, of course, everyone is very nice and on their best behavior when you first meet them. ESPECIALLY if they’re trying to get you to sign something. Just wait a year or 2 then see how they treat you when they don’t need you anymore and want to get new Tennant’s they can upcharge even more. Look at Hollywood Lakes it’s right next door you can get a nice home or townhouse for the same price as one of these units.
