Molly and staff are amazing. Pool area is always clean. Repairs are done quick. The place has secure parking. I do like the convenience store. Saves me a trip to the supermarket. love it here

Ceru is a beautiful property with everything you can ask for. I love that the location is in Boca, and fairly close to Delray Beach. The staff is amazing and always very helpful. The pool is to die for, and the amenities are another reason you’ll never want to leave. Totally would recommend if you’re looking for the perfect apartment in the right location

Looks can be deceiving. When you first visit Ceru, it gives the impression of a five-star hotel — a flamboyant entrance followed by a state-of-the-art pool and friendly staff. Upon entering your room, you’re greeted by freshly painted walls, a modern kitchen, sleek bathrooms, and plenty of natural light. It’s no surprise the complex earns five-star reviews from new tenants — people unaware of what lies ahead and eager to please management’s requests for feedback. But this is only a temporary illusion. The signs of a complex designed with one goal in mind — to maximize profits for its investors — become evident from the moment you park your car, after navigating through several turns with limited visibility to reach your floor (you’ll be lucky not to encounter an accident if you live on one of the higher floors, like I do). Unused spots labeled “Reserved” occupy the most convenient spaces near the entrance, begging for more of your hard-earned money while you’re left parking in areas so dirty they’re barely fit to walk on. There’s just one trash area per vast floor and no pickup service for apartments some of which now rent for $5,000 a month. After a several-minute walk to get there, you’ll be met with garbage bags strewn across the floor and a foul odor in the air. Packages sit for days, sometimes weeks, in the mailroom, forcing you to spend ten minutes or more each time you try to find yours. The smell of marijuana fills the halls every weekend, likely courtesy of uninvited guests of guests. Dogs relieve themselves on the carpets and leave their No. 2 in the smelly, dust-covered garage. If you thought you had entered the Four Seasons, think again.
