I recently moved into this apartment community and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The amenities are fantastic, including an elevator for convenience and a cute dog park that is perfect for pet owners. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the community looking its best. I also want to give a special shout-out to Erica in the leasing office. She is absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Erica has gone above and beyond to make sure everything in my apartment is working properly and that I am completely happy with my unit. She is always responsive, helpful, and has made the entire experience stress-free. Her kindness and dedication truly stand out.

Honest review as a CURRENT resident. Take your money ELSEWHERE. “Luxury apartments” is far fetched. Maintenance and office management is terrible. I’ve been here 2 months and there’s been 3 different property managers who seem to never be available. No one knows what they’re doing and they close out maintenance requests without fulfilling the work orders. They will not fix issues with appliances. I’ve been here 2 months and they still have not replaced my dishwasher even though I’ve put in requests, had meetings, and showed proof of the dishwasher not working. I was even told by one of the property managers it would be approved but then she left and here we are. The idea of the amenities are great: movie theater, pool, gym, etc. however, the hours make it difficult for working individuals to enjoy. The pool is nice. The gym is okay. All other amenities need updates. Again- the idea itself is great but that’s it. Just the idea. My unit is a 2 bedroom and I love the layout, the high ceilings, bathroom sizes, walk in closet (in m.r.) and the glass enclosed shower (in m.r.). I do wish the units were maintained a little better. There’s a lot of quick work done but that’s pretty typical of any apartment complex. Overall for the price, I would recommend you look at other luxury apartments in the area. There are better ones (some even down the street). You may spend $100-$200 more but it will save you the headache and you’ll likely be able to enjoy all that comes with living in a “luxury apartment” …. Including a functioning dishwasher! lol.

UPDATE AGAIN: Second floor had maggots down the hall and falling to the first floor because one apartment didn't get rid of the trash they had sitting outside for months. MAGGOTS Going to be honest. Currently living here now and the amount of problems is crazy. They left a note on the door with an incorrect date saying we have things on our patio that shouldnt be there but we just have plants and a patio couch that has been there for more than a year. The fire alarm for the building goes off every other month in the middle of the night multiple times and any time they tell you to send an email for a concern they do not reply. I love my apartment but everything else is a mess sadly. UPDATE: if I could give less stars I would. do not waste your time living here. maintenance is rude, they go through management companies monthly. no one wants to be here. you cant leave your trash out for them to collect early even if you wont be home to put it out or they will fine you. DO NOT DO IT
