This is truly one of the best places to rent. The amenities are beautiful, and the pool is honestly the best one we have ever had in an apartment community. There is also a hot tub, a playground for young children, and a lovely pond with a walking path around it where I run 5K almost every morning. They also recently added speed bumps, which makes the community feel safer. One of the things we appreciate most is how quickly the maintenance team responds whenever something breaks or needs attention. Issues are handled promptly, and the community is very well maintained. They regularly service the air-conditioning system, replace batteries when needed, check the appliances, and even clean the dryer vents. The staff is always attentive, pleasant, helpful, and easy to reach. They take the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely try to help with any question or concern. A special thank-you to Michelle and Marianny for always being so kind, professional, and supportive. They truly make residents feel cared for. We have lived here for four years and have had a wonderful experience. We are moving only because we purchased a home – otherwise, we would not have chosen to leave. We would highly recommend this community.

BEWARE RENTERS!! This property is a mess! Hot tubs never work, the “gated community” gate is broken more times than not which prompts outsiders to use residents amenities ALL THE TIME. The gate has been broken more times than it works so they keep it wide open. And WHEN it does work, call box works only 50% of the time. Multiple times there’s mold in our trim(it’s inside the walls) and they just wipe the trim with bleach to clear the surface! The front office is no help at all as there’s ZERO accountability in that office. Extra charges that take the office MONTHS to get back with answers on(all charges got refunded back to me). I can’t stress enough about staying as far from this community as possible! We’ve lived here for over a year, and this property is a disaster. A pig with lipstick. Nothing is luxury about this place as they claim.
