Blu on Marina Boulevard Apartments

I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience at Blu on Marina BLVD!! My mom and I recently moved in, and the entire process was so smooth from beginning to end. The leasing team has been absolutely amazing—every single question we’ve had has been answered quickly, and they’ve made us feel super welcomed from day one :) You can tell they genuinely care about the residents, and that goes such a long way. The maintenance team deserves just as much recognition. They’re incredibly fast, professional, and on top of everything. It’s so refreshing to live somewhere where you know things will actually get taken care of without having to chase anyone down!! As for the community itself, it’s exactly what we were hoping for. It’s peaceful, quiet, and has such a relaxing vibe. After a long day, it’s nice coming home to a place that actually feels serene. Everything feels well cared for, and we’ve genuinely loved settling in here. Moving is usually stressful, but Blu on Marina blvd made it such an easy transition for us. If you’re looking for a place with an incredible leasing office, an amazing maintenance team, and a community that truly feels like home, I can’t recommend Blu enough. We’re so happy we chose to live here!

I just want to reiterate a point made by another reviewer. I have tried to speak with someone in the leasing office via email and telephone call. I did receive an auto-generated email response. Unfortunately, it did not address any of my questions. When a leasing office does not respond to a query that becomes a huge red flag for me. It makes me wonder what else is lacking in the management.
