Bell Miramar Place

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Bell Miramar Place. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about creating a positive community. The staff was responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions I had. The property is well maintained. I toured the 2 bedrooms and 2 bath floor plan with a den and had an additional half bath, and I was really impressed. The rooms were spacious, the open layout was very well designed, had a large kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. I highly recommend Bell Miramar Place to anyone looking for a place. In a desire location, that's near the turnpike. There's plenty of shops and restaurants near by also.

This is a nice place but the towing parking enforcement is getting ridiculous. The visitor parking is on 1 side of the apartment complex so just walking can take you 5 minutes to get to the apartment. I registered the car once I was inside the apartment which I got access to the password and in those 5 minutes, my car got towed and I'm waking up at 7am to a missing car. If you own a townhouse which has a garage, you can only park in your garage spot or they tow your car. So if you move your car and park it in residency (for example you have a bbq in your garage spot or my daughter is playing in front of the garage), and forget to move it back they tow it even though youre a resident. I used to love this place but waking up at 7am to find my car or a family members car has been towed multiple times (its $204) takes the joy out of here. Also, you only have a certain amount of visitor hours a month free and of you surpass them you have to pay a fee per hour.

This is the best Place to live very clean the staffs are so nice you won’t regret moving here and it’s very safe specially when you have kids
