I recently moved into Beachwalk at Sheridan, and so far I’ve had a great experience. I especially want to thank Brianna for her professionalism, responsiveness, and support throughout the process. She was always available to answer my questions and made everything much easier and less stressful. I’ve only just started living here, but I already really like the community and atmosphere. Thank you!

I’ve been living here for almost a year and me and my girls love it here! The maintenance staff is always attentive and Ms. Brianna in the office is wonderful. I probably bother her more than anyone but she always remains positive and willing to help. Such a good staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Beach Walk at Sheridan thanks to Brianna Perez. From the moment I arrived to tour the apartment, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, making me feel valued and comfortable throughout the process. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out and left a lasting impression. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and is dedicated to providing excellent service. I truly appreciate her efforts and would gladly return, knowing I’d be in such capable hands.
