Before you move here, read about this condominium. The man who manages it is very rude. He speaks to everyone in a very unpleasant way, as if you owe him something, and when you ask him for something, he does it with a sour face. I don't recommend this condominium, especially with the way the leasing manager treats you. Also, the pool and carpets are very dirty. The pool furniture needs replacing; they don't take care of it.

before you move to this building please read this and be very careful i have been living here for over 6 months and my car was registered and some how the remove me from the sistem and they towed my car a way and i had to pay 175 dollars plus’s uber ride to pick my car you move in and you will start seems so many problems until you regret everything i don’t recommend you to move here.. to find a package it can take you up 10 to 15 minutes sometimes even a day because the driver accidentally can deliver across the street .. There is a group of young people who sneak into the building and disturb the peace of the residents, since they come with bicycles and start doing jumps, flipping in the pool, and they don’t let people enjoy the pool. They are always around the hallways, checking residents’ packages Also, many times I find a smell of dog urine at the condominium exit, which should be cleaned. Please be very careful because I have also noticed that there are constantly moving trucks at this building. It is very unusual to see someone stay here for more than a year. It feels like people move in, stay for a short time, and then move out because of the ongoing problems. That should be a concern for management.

the area is very nice gym great pool fine but owner need to do something asap with the package room 3 stolen packages in less than one month .. door opened anyone can come and take your package watch out .. when they can hire someone to do that job and make sure everyone get there package .. now i have to leave my job every time i see ups it’s o. there way bc i don’t know if someone will steal my package again

I do not recommend this building. In my experience, I have felt that Hispanic residents are not treated with the same level of respect and professionalism that everyone deserves. The management has been disappointing, and several issues have made living here very frustrating. There have been ongoing concerns about lost or missing packages, as well as unauthorized people getting into the building, hanging around the common areas, disturbing residents, and making the property feel less secure. The parking situation has also been extremely frustrating. Even when a vehicle has been properly registered, it may suddenly disappear from the system, resulting in your car being towed and forcing you to pay $175 to recover it. That happened to me, and it should never happen to residents who have followed the rules. Overall, my experience has been very negative. I would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a safe, well-managed, and resident-friendly place to live.
