Great safe place to live and enjoy the surrounding areas of Aventura. Safety is everything in my mind especially when raising a family. Aventura Lakes is surrounded by a large wall and plenty of security guards and gates to protect the residents. Great amenities and facilities for residents. The pool is my favorite spot to spend the morning catching the sun. Great walking area around as well. Not to far from the Circle to get in your daily steps. Water in the pool is heated to make it more comfortable in the winter time. A fitness center and hot tub for some exercise and relaxing.
