Aventine at Miramar Apartments

Martha was absolutely amazing throughout our apartment application process. She was incredibly kind, patient, and approachable from start to finish. She took the time to answer any questions my husband and I had, making the entire process feel so much less stressful. I lived at Aventine at Miramar for two years, and I would not recommend this community. The biggest problem was the constant smell of marijuana. Every time I opened my balcony door, instead of enjoying fresh air, all I could smell was marijuana. It happened so often that it became one of the biggest frustrations of living there. Parking was another ongoing issue. Many residents regularly parked on the yellow lines where parking is clearly prohibited, and management did little to enforce the rules. The children’s playground was also poorly maintained. The play equipment had visible rust, and the metal parts looked unsafe for children. Another major issue was the community entrance gate. It remained broken for about a year and a half before it was finally repaired, creating an inconvenience for residents and reflecting the lack of timely maintenance. I also had an issue with the community access transponder. After my daughter changed vehicles at the dealership, I purchased a new transponder for $60. Unfortunately, it never worked properly. Despite multiple requests for assistance and asking management to resolve the issue, it was never fixed and I was left without a working transponder.

I had a great experience touring Aventine at Miramar. Marta Morales was welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout the tour. Boris was also friendly and knowledgeable. They both provided excellent customer service and made the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!
