Wanted to highlight the fast and amazing maintenance, service request AC was fixed in 10 minutes after I put the Request - Thank you Johnny with the maintenance team!💯 Great property management, Love the amenities, apartments are brand new, spacious and updated, beautifully designed! Thank you John Paul for being great leasing agent! Very thoughtful and friendly! Highly recommend this apartment complex, maintenance team and leasing office ! Love this place!

I had a great experience working with the assistant manager, Jeycee Perez. She was always professional, organized, and very helpful. She handled situations calmly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Communication was clear and she was always willing to help and answer any questions. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic made the environment comfortable and productive. I truly appreciate her support and leadership.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but it’s been close to a year since I moved out, and I still have not received my security deposit back. I was not provided with any damage claim that would prevent this, and I kept the apartment in excellent condition in the 2 years I’ve lived there. Any attempt at calling in for information, including showing up to the office 5+ times, was met with excuses and no actual answer. To proactively address any response ArtSquare may have to this review, they claimed to have mailed the check in July 2025, which was not received. I asked for tracking, I asked them to void the (obviously non-cashed) check and provide a new one, but nothing. Just pushing me off and excuses. They kept blaming the financial department. They then claimed that it was actually deducted from the final months rent, but no matter which management member I’ve spoken with, I haven’t been provided proof of anything. I do not see any deduction on my end. I’m tired of following up on this. This is extremely unprofessional and frankly disgusting. To summarize my ArtSquare experience otherwise: apartments & facilities are new-ish and fairly nice, but was all seeming built cheaply. This resulted in a lot of maintenance calls (but at least maintenance was great when I lived there). Management was and seems to still be terrible. There’s probably a reason why they keep switching out their staff… If you’re looking to live here, good luck.

From the moment I moved in, Johnny has been the go-to hero for everything from minor fixes to those unexpected emergencies that pop up in apartments.
