I’m really enjoying living at ARIUM Coconut Creek! One of the things I love most is its convenient location—it’s very close to my workplace, as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday essentials, which makes life so much easier. I also love the view of the lake. Our positive experience started with Nikki, who gave us a tour of the community before we moved in. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions and making us feel confident that this was the right place to call home. Her kindness and excellent customer service made a lasting first impression. I would also like to take a moment to recognize Claude for the exceptional service he provides as a member of the maintenance team. He consistently responds to maintenance requests promptly and ensures that every job is completed with care and attention to detail. Claude is professional, courteous, reliable, and always has a friendly attitude. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and is committed to providing excellent service to the residents. Thank you, Nikki and Claude, for your dedication and hard work. Your efforts do not go unnoticed and are truly appreciated. You both play an important role in making ARIUM Coconut Creek a wonderful place to live!

I recently had the pleasure of touring the Arium Apartments, and I can't say enough good things about Nikki! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. Nikki was incredibly knowledgeable about the apartments and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. She guided me through each unit, highlighting the features and benefits, and her enthusiasm for the community really shone through. What stood out the most was her willingness to help. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and prospectives tenants.
