The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe, which we really appreciate. The amenities are a huge plus, like the pool area and they’re always kept in great condition. The location is also super convenient. Kenny is also amazing and helped us in every step.

Recently rented an apartment here for my daughter for her senior year at FAU. Working with Kenny has been amazing. He is so helpful, professional and courteous. He's very responsive and we had a minor maintenance issue that someone came the same day.

2 Year Resident | Initially the move in wasn't ideal as there were many transitions happening and not a lot to offer for a small space at a high rate. Fortunately Aria has completed most renovations for the space to be enjoyable now, such a difference to have the pool. I probably would have switched apartments if it wasn't for the property manager Kenny to be honest. He is always there to listen and find solutions for all of the residents! His work ethic has been consistent after all of these years and truly makes me feel at ease living here now. The property managers make such a difference for how you feel where you live, can't thank Kenny enough for that! It's easy to see he goes above and beyond

Just moved in, this place is stunning, well maintained and pet friendly. Kenny always makes himself available and is a pleasure to deal with, he truly cares about your move in experience. The two bedroom apartments are so well designed and spacious. The pool has music playing with comfortable and clean furniture. I do have to say the pet spas and pingpong table by the pool take the cake! Its a great place to start your next adventure!

Just moved in and already loving it here! From how much space the apartment has, down to the view of the pool at night with the breeze and music playing makes it feel like you get to live in a little piece of paradise. Kenny & Jason are also rockstars at their jobs and are always willing to help anyway they can, we can’t wait to be completely settled in and utilize all the great amenities offered!
