While some residents praise the spacious apartments, convenient location, and attentive new management, highlighting a sense of community and recent improvements, many others express serious concerns. Common issues include persistent problems with pests, mold, and water outages, along with poorly maintained common areas, insufficient parking, and unexpected additional fees that significantly increase the advertised rent.

I would like to start off with Kiana she made the impossible possible. She was very welcoming and professional! The tour was everything. Very happy with the property! Feels like home! Kiana Very Patient And Kind! And I must say a great listener.Way to go!

I made the mistake of believing the website and the leasing tour. Don’t make the same one. The apartments they show during the tour are clearly prepared for showings and do not reflect what many residents actually end up living in. The photos online also don’t match reality. Everything looks clean and modern on the website, but the property feels completely different in person. The pool is dirty, has a strong musty smell, and the entire area looks poorly maintained. The grounds are covered with dog waste, there are stray sick cats and raccoons wandering around, and the overall property doesn’t feel clean or cared for. Management is probably the biggest disappointment. They promise to call you back, promise to fix problems, promise to look into things… and then nothing happens. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and you’re left chasing them over and over again. Parking is another daily headache. There are never enough spaces, and towing seems to happen constantly instead of solving the actual parking problem. And don’t budget based only on the advertised rent. Every month you’ll be paying hundreds more in mandatory fees for trash, gas, insurance, and other charges. By the time you add everything up, you’re spending enough that you could rent in a much newer, cleaner community with management that actually cares about its residents. I wish I had read a review like this before signing my lease.

If you’re reading this, don’t move here. I honestly regret ever renting in this community. The apartments smell damp and musty, and mold is everywhere. It’s growing around the windows, inside the apartment, and even outside the building. The constant smell of moisture and mildew never goes away. The roach problem is completely out of control. I’ve had pest control come multiple times, but nothing has changed. All it leaves behind are dead roaches on the floor while new ones keep appearing every day. It feels like they’re coming from neighboring apartments, making it impossible to get rid of them. Water outages are another constant issue. Since I moved here, the water has been shut off at least three times almost every month. Living without water this often is unacceptable. The property itself is poorly maintained. There is dog waste everywhere, unpleasant smells throughout the community, and stray sick cats and raccoons wandering around the property. Parking is a nightmare. There are never enough parking spaces, and cars are towed so frequently that it feels like towing is a bigger priority than providing enough parking for residents. On top of your rent, be prepared to pay around $200 or more every month in additional mandatory charges for trash, gas, insurance, and other fees. My “extras” are around $80 for trash alone, plus gas, insurance, and other charges that quickly add up. By the time you pay your rent and all the extra fees, you could easily afford a much newer, cleaner, and better-managed apartment community. Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else.
