Former resident, I will not recommend this apartment. Management was rarely ever professional or understanding. 1st incident : I was recovering from a foot surgery and like usual the garage doors were having an issue, I sent a voicemail to management letting them know that this issue kept happening and his reply was that they were sorry but I would just have to walk a little longer to the other door. Whe I called him back I was very upset because I had to mention that I have a disability and I couldn’t walk too much due to my pain. He was incredibly insensitive and rude. 2: There were constant issues with the garage door, the door systems to open the apartment doors, electrical issues in the apartment, there were two building evacuations on the same day, one of them we weren’t even alerted by any alarm until we saw people standing up by the parking lot next door. Every time we would sleep a light will randomly turn on at night or in the middle of the day without us even touching the light switch. Maintenance came in to “fix it” but it didn’t work and we always ended up having that issue which was concerning because it was an electrical problem not a sensor one. 3:My husband had accidentally dropped a small but very precious item on the trash, he immediately went downstairs to inform the office to please allow him to search on the trash area before the truck came to pick up the building’s trash. The manager was incredibly rude AGAIN, and had absolutely no sense of urgency and told him he would have to wait because he needed to have someone open some sort of area. My husband stayed in his office and it only took a second to send a text to maintenance. The worst living experience. Spend your money in a place that treats you like a human being not in this overpriced place that only cares to take more money every year to plan the building parties that nobody goes to.

AMLI Park West Review I scheduled a tour for 4:00 PM to see the property. I had confirmed my appointment in advance, yet by 4:15 PM no one had opened the door or come out to assist me. When someone finally appeared at the office, I informed them that I needed to cancel my appointment because I had already been waiting for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. The most disappointing part was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of interest or concern from the staff member. There was no apology, no attempt to say “give me a few minutes,” no offer to give me a quick tour, and no suggestion to reschedule for another day or time. If this is the level of customer service shown to a prospective resident who is simply trying to tour the property, it raises serious concerns about how management handles day-to-day living issues. In a rental community, customer service and professionalism should be a priority from the very first interaction. I am honestly glad I experienced this upfront, as it gave me a clear picture of the management style. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would give this community zero points.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. The office staff and management at AMLI Park West have been extremely unprofessional and negligent. I lived at this property for approximately two years. During my first lease term, management generally maintained the property and addressed repairs, though there was persistent and excessive dog barking at all hours. However, after I renewed my lease and management changed, conditions deteriorated significantly. My dryer was never properly repaired and left black residue on my clothing and linens, causing hundreds of dollars in damage. The plumbing under my kitchen sink and garbage disposal leaked repeatedly, and instead of making proper repairs, management told me to simply stop using the garbage disposal. Trash was being left in the hallways by the residence in all outside the trash compactor doors in management just simply failed to write emails to residences, reminding them of their no smoking policies and giving them notices to get their trash cleaned up. Once the building had full occupancy, cleanliness and safety declined dramatically. There was constant marijuana smoke throughout the parking garage, sidewalks, and interior corridors, despite a non-smoking addendum in the lease and request to cure send to staff and Krizia, the property manager. Corridor carpets were saturated with dog urine odors and stains, creating unsanitary conditions and dog urine throughout the communities corridor carpets shown in 2 of my photos here. I sent emails of everything to staff and property management so they would have all the documentation to be able to cure these issues. I also formally issued a 7-day notice to cure for harassment (continued promotional and event emails despite repeated opt-out requests), failure to enforce the smoking addendum, and violations of quiet enjoyment and health and safety. I provided specific unit numbers, photos of cigarette butts, and evidence of residents actively smoking, leaving trash in building, whose dogs were barking wnd whos throwing excessive parties all night, yet management failed to take any corrective action. They only responded back to my seven day notice and said that they would put me on the do not email list for all the harassing emails however that never happened! The emails continued for a month. They lied. Krizia, the property manager never failed to take action and contact the residence who were smoking all in the building nor did she respond back to me and let me know that she took any action or even call me. She just neglected to do her job. She’s basically only in this position collecting a check. Additionally, there were two fires on my floor within the same month, which raised serious safety concerns. Management failed to notify residents, explain the cause, or provide reassurance regarding safety measures. This lack of transparency was unacceptable, Especially since I had already notified them multiple times of the smoking in the building. After receiving no response to my written notice, I followed up weeks later stating my intent to terminate my lease due to these ongoing breaches. Management again delayed responding. I ultimately terminated my lease and moved out because AMLI Park West failed to uphold its own lease obligations regarding quiet enjoyment, health, and safety. Only after I moved did management respond, admitting they keep the gate open to avoid repeated vendor repair costs. Despite this, they are now retaliating by imposing liquidated damage charges, even though I exercised my legal rights after repeated documented lease violations. Management also continued sending religious, holiday, event, survey, and promotional emails almost daily, despite my opting out more than three times in writing and demanding that communication cease. Furthermore, I requested a move-out inspection twice in December, both times ignored. AMLI Park West has demonstrated a pattern of neglect, lack of accountability, and retaliatory behavior. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here.

I absolutely love living at Amli Park West! The community is beautiful — everything feels so new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. My apartment is gorgeous, and the move-in process was super easy and stress-free. The location is absolutely amazing — close to everything yet peaceful and private. Seriously, don’t sleep on this place — it’s a hidden gem! The amenities are incredible, and a huge shoutout to Annabelle at the leasing office. She was a total godsend — professional, kind, and so communicative. She made the entire experience seamless, and I’m beyond grateful for her help and the opportunity to live here. I’m really enjoying it so far and couldn’t be happier with my new home!

I originally stopped by just to get some information. I wasn’t even planning to be entered into the system yet but I was absolutely blown away by Elizabeth. From the moment I met her, she carried herself so professionally and was dressed impeccably, immediately making a great impression. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. She took her time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt informed and comfortable. Her friendly personality and sense of humor made the experience feel effortless. Out of all the tours and leasing experiences I’ve had, this was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. Elizabeth truly stood out and she represents AMLI beautifully!
