My advice: before moving out, take photos of EVERYTHING. Keep every email. Save every document. Read the move-out policy like you’re studying for a final exam. And if you accidentally leave something behind or expect help after turning in your keys, don't be surprised if you discover you've become invisible. To be fair, every apartment has rules, and residents should follow them. But respect and customer service shouldn't expire the moment the lease does. Would I live here again? Please do not move here. I recently resided at 890 NW 213th Terrace. Bldg #2 and I was forced to leave due to unsanitary and deplorable conditions. The community made a terrible Management Decision to remove all the waste cannisters from a 400 plus Apartments Community and place only one trash compactor right in front of my door. I cannot explain the smell and the rodent, birds, ducks, squirrel, possums the activity of wildlife was endless. I repeatedly sent emails to the Property Manager Kristina along as the company owners to get assistance. Until finally for my safety and health decided to get me and my kids out of that place. I spoke with Kristina before moving and she advised she understood that I was pushed out. Well she lied seven months later I get a email from a collection company saying I owe them $1900. My question to you Kristina is why wasn't this sent to my forwarded address that I provided you? So, that I could've received the balance in a timely matter and disputed this before it went to collections? This Apartment Complex feeds on the lower income families and should be reported and stopped. No amount of Family community gatherings can cover up your tasteless corrupt and unpleasant practices.

After riding through the community today I was shocked to see the outdated and unkeep appearances of the apartments. Most of the buildings are in dire need of painting and the landscaping is poor. Looking at the outer appearance I decided to not even enter the leasing office. For the prices you guys are charging for these wooden units one would expect more.
