I have lived at Advenir at San Tropez for 6 months . I have nothing but praise and positive comments for the community and leasing office team. The rent is very reasonable. The location is ideal. The parking is easy for yourself and guests. Safety has never been an issue . The community is pet friendly. Which was exactly what I was looking for. They understand that pets are an apart of the family. Whenever I have had a maintenance problem it is resolved ASAP. The leasing team is wonderful and professional. They are kind and help you with any issue. I usually interact with Steve and Kayla. They are on top of helping the community. Sonia the manager has been helpful whenever I have an issue. Overall 5/5. It is a wonderful place to live. With families mostly and close to many different popular locations. Grocery stores, cafe, malls. I have lived at different Advenir locations throughout South Florida and Advenir at San Tropez has been my favorite. In short: decent rent, safe, easy parking, and great location. The leasing office team Steve and Kayla are amazing and attentive. Highly recommend Advenir at San Tropez .
