We toured this complex back in May, and really liked what we saw. The staff were nice, the unit was beautiful and the amenities were perfect. We applied as soon as we finished the tour, and were told we were approved and signed our lease the first week of June to start on August 1st. On July 20th (less than 2 weeks before our move in date), we were notified that our unit we applied for would not be ready in time. We were offered a much smaller unit at a slightly cheaper but similar rate to the bigger one, but decided to decline and found a better apartment for the money elsewhere. Notifying people that their apartment won’t be ready less than 2 weeks before their move in date is just wrong, especially when this was probably known well before we were notified.

least communicative front desk ever, there have been so many times where i’ve called about an issue and they said they were going to send me something/reach back out to me and it never happens, so i have to call them and stay on the phone with them like they’re children. no one at the leasing office knows how to do their job, it took me 2 months to sign my lease. literally like pulling teeth. also the gates are always broken (safety concerns?)
