I would like to recognize Gunner for the exceptional service he provided during my recent renewal. He was professional, efficient, and made the entire process incredibly easy. It’s clear he cares about providing a great experience, and I really appreciated his help

I took an apartment tour with Sara and it was great. She was super friendly and talkative, and the complex looked really nice. I would definitely recommend touring it if you’re at all interested in it.

Hidden fees EVERYWHERE! The place is okay to live, and although the cost of living doesn’t seem like a lot considering how close it is to the university (25-minute walk), the overall cost ends up being much higher. The gym is good. Maintenance, however, doesn’t really help that much. Once you file a maintenance request, they come to “fix” it within 2–3 days, but it usually breaks again within the week. We spent the whole semester basically without a dryer or washer. They came FIVE times to fix them until they finally replaced them, and even then, they stopped working twice within the same month. That makes a total of SEVEN maintenance requests in a 5-month period. That means every two and a half weeks we had to submit a maintenance request that would take up to 5 days to be fixed! Imagine that in a 4-person apartment. 2nd Avenue is wasted potential for what could be one of the best residences at the University of Florida. I DO NOT recommend it at all! You’ll end up broke and without clean clothes!

This place is completely horrible. Do not let them bait you with the room tour. They do not clean the halls, it smells like mold, and the floors are often wet. In Spring 2024, an A/C leak left the hallways in multiple buildings soaking wet and it caused the entire hallway to smell like mold. It got so bad that I had to wear a mask just to leave the building for weeks. The prices are overpriced for a place that does not even care to keep the apartments and common areas clean. It is sickening. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. On top of that, there are always roaches in the hallways, dead or alive. Overall, it is a bad environment to live in.

Great gym, units are great and a good size, management is easy to deal with, and the rent is reasonably priced. Best apartment experience I've had so far. I also haven't seen a single roach in my unit, and I live on the first floor.
