2500Boca on Federal Apartments

I lived at 2500 Boca Apartments and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Where do I start? Pest problems. Rodents and roaches were a recurring issue during my time here. Not a one-time thing — ongoing. Privacy concerns. Maintenance entered without proper notice on multiple occasions, and the units don't even have peepholes on the doors, so you can't see who's outside your own apartment. On top of that, the property cameras are very actively monitored, to a degree that made me and other tenants uncomfortable. That should tell you everything about how tenant privacy is treated here. Building issues. The elevator is tiny and frequently out of service. The smoke policy is poorly managed, so expect to deal with smoke drifting into your unit regardless of what the lease says. There was also a flood that soaked the entire first floor — apartments were damaged and people moved out because of it. Management. Dealing with Michael was the low point of the whole experience. Dismissive of legitimate complaints and more interested in monitoring tenants than fixing actual problems like pests and broken elevators. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in Boca Raton that will treat you like a tenant instead of a problem.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced was today!

I’m beyond frustrated with the way I was treated by KPM Capital and the management at 2500Boca. I had a conversation IN ADVANCE with the leasing manager, Michael, clearly letting him know that I would be leaving early. At no point did he mention anything about a $100 late fee. Fast forward — after I leave early as discussed — I get slapped with a $100 charge anyway. Not to mention I was their for 8 MONTHs and paid my rent on time EVERY TIME. So here’s the question: Why didn’t Michael tell me there would be a $100 fee if I left early? If I had been informed, I could’ve made a different decision or at least been prepared. But no — instead I get blindsided with a fee I was never warned about. That’s not just bad service — that’s deceptive, misleading, and downright unethical. If this is how they treat tenants who communicate clearly and act in good faith, imagine how they’ll treat you when there’s a real issue. There’s a complete lack of transparency, and clearly, they’re more interested in squeezing every last cent out of tenants than in doing honest business. Shameful. Do yourself a favor — avoid 2500Boca and KPM Capital at all costs. I hope the $100.00 you took from me was worth it.

The 2500 Apartments are fantastic and well-maintained. Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process, making everything smooth and easy to set up. It’s also great to know that this is a pet-friendly community! Plus, the maintenance team is efficient and does an excellent job keeping everything in top shape.
