1640 Victoria Park Apartments

I moved in two months ago and I couldn't be happier with this property. They only have one cleaning person, and even so, the maintenance team does everything possible to keep the property looking clean. Eloy, the supervisor, is super friendly and professional; he's always taken care of any problems I've had very quickly. The pool is beautiful, and the gym is very spacious and well-equipped. I love the place and highly recommend it.

I’m a long time resident, extremely frustrated by the constant, new and non contractual fees that are added to monthly bill. We are forced to pay for a valet trash that nobody uses and today A FORCED INTERNET SERVICE IS BEING ADDED WITH NO OPT OUT OPTION. We pay DOUBLE the actual costs for water and sewer. Management does not care and locks the door to avoid discussing issues when they continue to add more undesirable “services” and amenities. Meanwhile, they won’t even properly clean the ladies bathroom in the gym (it always smells like poo) and the steam room has been broken since BEFORE COVID. ONLY MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT INCREASING UNPREDICTABLE FEES FOR SERVICES YOU DONT WANT.

We lived in this building and left the apartment in clean and undamaged condition. Despite this, we were charged excessive and unjustified fees after move-out. There was no damage, no negligence, and no valid explanation that could reasonably justify the charges applied. The apartment was regularly cleaned and maintained, and any claims made afterward feel arbitrary and opportunistic. What’s most concerning is that this seems to be a pattern — charging tenants after they leave, assuming they won’t fight back. This creates a serious lack of trust. If you’re considering living here, document everything and be prepared to dispute charges after move-out. Transparency and fairness are clearly an issue.

I’ve lived at Victoria Apartments for about 8 months now and Chezelle true Mgr is awesome Overall, it’s a solid place to rent — good value for what you pay, with both strengths and some areas for improvement. ⸻ What I Like 1. Location The neighborhood is very walkable. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and a couple of restaurants are nearby. Public transport isn’t too far, which helps for commuting. It strikes a nice balance — convenient, but not too noisy or chaotic. 2. Apartment Features & Layout Units are well laid out and feel modern. The flooring, appliances, and finishes are newer and clean. Windows let in good natural light. For what I pay, I feel like I’m getting a lot — decent square footage, well-insulated, and not overly cramped. 3. Management & Maintenance The management has been responsive. When I’ve had minor issues — a leaky faucet, or a broken fixture — maintenance comes through reasonably quickly. Their staff (front office & maintenance) tends to be polite and helpful. 4. Amenities & Safety The complex has decent amenities — things like secure entry, decent lighting in common areas, and maintenance of landscaping is alright. It feels safe, especially compared to other places I toured.

Amazing place to live! Location is wonderful-close to beach and downtown. The staff is very accommodating and quick to respond, the pool and gym are clean and very nice, and I love there is private parking garage with gate. It is a quiet mature community and I enjoy living here.
