The loft is located just a few minutes from the European Institute of Design IED, Porta Romana and the underground station M3 yellow line, the Duomo of Milan can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Payments, after the first through Uniplaces, must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Utilities are included up to 60 euros per month. Any additional costs will be charged separately. Tourist visa not accepted to sign the contract. A valid passport and tax code are required to register the contract. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by €30. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of up to 18 months, so in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of the lease, an additional cost of 100 euros and a notice of 30 to 60 days is required, depending on the duration of the lease.
