Studio is located in the historic center in an elegant and quiet area close to Porta Castiglione and in the immediate vicinity of the Margherita Gardens. In just 8 minutes on foot under the characteristic arcades surrounded by historic buildings, you reach Piazza Maggiore and under the Asinelli and Garisenda Towers. The apartment is located in the medieval heart of the city and is convenient to all services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, pastry shops, laundries and pharmacies. At just 300 meters (5 minutes on foot) there is a convenient paid parking or it can be easily reached by bus lines. The apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks a small internal courtyard making it very quiet and comfortable as it is equipped with all comforts. IMPORTANT: Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum of two weeks before the move-in date. It might be worth mentioning that there is an optional washing machine service available for a fee. RENTAL CONDITION: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week prior to check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment; Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days; Check-in time: every day from 3 pm to 9 pm; Check-out time: by 11 am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from €175).
