The agency fee you pay serves to cover the costs of: Booking management, registration and validity of the contract, document processing costs, advice before, during and after the booking. Your agency fee does not include the replacement of light bulbs or any other type of repairs that may occur during the period of your stay and lost keys are not included in your agency fee.
