You can stay for a few nights or even long-term at PHNX Co-Living.

We offer furnished apartments and cool co-living spaces to work and chill and for hanging out with friends.

We offer the Sky-Lounge on the 4th floor as an extended living room for study and co-working space, available 7am to 10pm. The Board Room on the 3rd Floor is another quiet co-working space which is accessible 24h for guests via their keys. A 24/7 Laundry Room is available with 6 washing and dryer machines bookable and payable via an app. Bicycle Room also situated in the basement for guest bikes. The hotel is located opposite of the train station, that connects to major and regional cities in Germany. A shared mobility hub (cars, scooter, bicycle) is also located at the station.

*There is a 250€ cleaning fee for every long staying guest. We also require a form of payment for the first month prior to the arrival or a 500€ deposit.
