Go for a swim at Melbourne City Baths, which is a five-minute walk from your student accommodation. Take your books to Carlton Gardens for an open-air study session, then meet friends for lunch at Lost Angel Bar & Restaurant. Check out the latest exhibition at Melbourne Museum, or cross the river to see the collection at National Gallery of Victoria. Eat dinner at one of Lygon Street’s Italian restaurants, then enjoy live music at The Curtin.
It’s easy to get to campus from your student accommodation in Melbourne. Walk five minutes to RMIT University, Melbourne City campus, and 15 minutes to University of Melbourne. You’re a seven-minute walk from State Library Victoria, and you can catch a tram just 100m from your door.
At Student Living D2 you can opt to have your own self-contained studio apartment or share a two-bedroom place with a friend. All accommodation has floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies, as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning. Studios and apartments are entirely self contained, with a kitchen and modern bathroom — some of which also have baths. When you’re not studying, invite friends over to watch your favourite show on the LCD TV.
When you want a change of scene, head to the ground floor common area, where you can study or catch up with friends in the café area. There’s smart card access for your security.
