It consists of 4 rooms maximum 5 girls live there as one of the rooms has two beds, 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen. Our guests are international students /young professionals mostly girls who appreciate excellent location, quietness, cleanliness, safety, and standard of this place. Kitchen is modern, with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc. Each room is bright and sunny, lockable and equipped with real bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. Top Warsaw's Location: Mokotów District, near Metro Wilanowska subway station and Puawska street. Only 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 2 minutes walk to tram stop in Puawska str., 10 minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska wittily called Mordor and to shopping mall Wakefield Mokotów. Easy access with public transport to all parts of Warsaw close metro station, many buses and trams. Very well connected with schools and universities, e.g., Lazarski University, Vistula, SGH, WUT Warsaw University of Technology, SGGW, Warsaw University etc. Upper Mokotów is prestigious and one of the most desirable districts to live in Warsaw.
