dwell Dongdaemun Isolation Procedure (Stay-Home Notice)
1. PRE-ARRIVAL
a. Email the resident prior to arrival;
▪ Requesting for re-confirmation of arrival time and date
▪ Advising that self-isolation will be required
b. Prepare health pack, and arrangement of room amenities and toiletries for residents on
isolation
a. Contents of Health Pack

ii. 14 pcs mask
iii. A bottle of hand sanitizer
b. Room Amenities
i. 1 no of kettle
ii. Cup and utensil
iii. Clothes Hanger and Rack
c. Toiletries
i. Toilet Paper
ii. Shampoo, Body Wash, Toothbrush, Toothpaste
iii. Laundry Detergent
iv. Laundry Bucket
2. AT ARRIVAL
a. Greet and welcome the resident
b. To take the temperature of resident upon arrival. If a resident temperature > 37.5°C, allow
resident to rest in well ventilated and shaded area and hydrate themselves for at least 10
minutes, resident to carry out 2nd temperature screening. If 2nd temperature still > 37.5°C,
resident deny entry to site. Resident advise to contact 1339
c. If resident not wearing a mask, issue a mask to the resident
d. Resident to fill up travel and health declaration form
e. Provide welcome letter, contents include:
▪ Dedicated mobile phone number
▪ WeChat connection information
f. Resident to purchase bedding sets from dwell, if required
g. Resident to download food delivery apps on their mobiles
h. Limit physical contact throughout the process
i. Check residents contact details including address and emergency contact details are correct
and update in booking system where applicable, and to provide KakaoTalk or WhatsApp
contact for communication with staff during isolation period.
j. Take a photocopy of the passport, including the arrival date into South Korea
k. Staff to wash and sanitize their hands and chemical wipe the immediate reception area
3. AFTER ARRIVAL
a. Message resident every day to enquire how the resident is feeling both mentally and
physically, and to monitor their temperatures twice daily
b. As the resident approaches the end of the isolation period explain the timing and process of
the relocation back to their original accommodation.
4. DELIVERIES
a. If a delivery is received for the resident e.g. BAEMIN, YOGIYO
▪ Food Delivery – resident is to advise on the order that is to delivered to reception, staff
to receive delivery and take to unit designated room and items are to be left outside of
the room, staff then to contact resident telephone to advise of delivery outside of the
room.
b. If resident requires an item that cannot be purchased online from delivery service and is
considered to be high importance, dwell staff may assist in acquiring an item for resident.
5. LAUNDRY
a. Washing receptacle and detergent to be provided to the resident so laundry can be
undertaken in the room.
