The table can accommodate up to six people, and the living area with a sofa is equipped with a 43" Smart TV. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a window overlooking the internal patio. In the corridor, there is a bathroom with a large shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds,a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower, basin, bidet, and toilet. The laundry room with washing machines and dryers shared with other guests is located on the ground floor of the building. Private parking spaces are available upon request. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system managed by a remote system that automatically regulates temperatures in order to avoid wasting energy. There is also a controlled mechanical ventilation system that maintains an ideal climate by also regulating humidity, to the point that it is recommended to always keep the windows closed. It is allowed to have overnight guests unless the maximum occupancy is reached. In this case the guest should communicate this to us and we will send a payment link for a tourist tax.
