IMPORTANT: The apartment is being renovated, the pictures displayed in the listings are an example from another apartment in the same building. Each room will have a double bed, wardrobe, desk and nightstand. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, both equipped with bidet and shower stalls. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace adiacent to it. The monthly bills amount to 60 Euros and the charge covers internet, gas, water, electricity and cleaning of the common area once a week. Extras: Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenant. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively 65.50 Euros each Cleaning of the apartment: a cleaning lady comes once a week to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony if there is one). The cost is 10 Euros per hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment if she takes more than one hour and a half because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty.
