Rooms in a spacious and bright 90 m² apartment located in the exclusive neighborhood of Sarrià–Sant Gervasi, on an avenue with all kinds of shops and excellent bus and metro connections. The apartment has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is privately assigned to one of the rooms. All four rooms are available to rent exclusively for international Erasmus or master's students, in a quiet environment suitable for studying. The apartment includes a weekly cleaning service for the common areas and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The administrative fee for check-in is €80, as is the fee for check-out. Check-ins are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., while times and rates for Saturdays and Sundays are arranged in advance.
