Please note in order to be accepted, you must submit the following documents: ID/passport enrolment from University/internship or work contract payslips from your guarantor as well passport from them. Once you are accepted through Uniplaces, the deposit and the admin fee are requested to be transferred to your landlord before move-in, and final cleaning fee before the move-out. Move-ins can be scheduled during weekdays only. Pets are allowed but has a deposit extra fee of 500. Anmeldung is provided.
