Renovated apartment. Coffee shop, groceries shop and restaurants nearby. Less than 10 minutes away from train station Monte Abraão. Less than 5 minutes away from the church. Cleaning is done by the tenants on a rotation decided between themselves. The deposit is returned at the end of the contract in total with the exception of any damages that may be done to the apartment. The apartment build has neighbours of older age, so with consideration for them and other tenants in the same apartment, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum, especially in the later hours.
