The apartment is situated in the city centre in a XIX century building. The house is on the first floor, it's spacious and has big windows. There's a terrace on the top of the building shared with the condo, we have a private laundry in the basement with washing machine and dryer. My daughter (18 years old) and I live in the house, we have a small sweet french bouledogue (Mia). We already have the experience of sharing our house. The room is spacious (12 sqm) and has a lot of light.
