Extra Costs of Stay: In addition to the rental fee, the following costs are payable: - Security deposit, returned at the end of the stay if there are no damages. - Final cleaning of the accommodation: €150. - Management fee: €150 per month, which includes: Support for all needs. Registration of contract with the Internal Revenue Service. Fitting out with bed linen, towels and welcome kit. Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Assistance 7/7 for emergencies. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the summary and the contracts to be signed: - Short Contract: Regulates the payment made on the platform - Service Contract : Defines the management of your stay. - Temporary Rental Contract: Between the guest and the owner of the house.
