Also, after making the payment of the first rent to Uniplaces, you will have to pay the last 4 weeks of booking, end cleaning 150Euro and Deposit 200 Euro directly to the landlord before the move in. Your booking will only be confirmed after making those payments. All the payments to the landlord must be done with credit card.
