The main room is quiet (courtyard view) and bright thanks to its three large windows (double glazing) parquet floor. In the living room of the room, you will find a sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table with two chairs and storage space. In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary equipment: a fridge, a freezer, hotplates, an oven, a kettle, a washing machine. You will have all the dishes and utensils necessary for your stay. You can enjoy your meals on the table with its 4 chairs. The sleeping area has a large double bed. The bathroom offers a large bath and toilet. Towel dryer Linen is provided. Individual electric heating. Please note that for stay longer than 6 months, the deposit is equal to two months and that the agency fees, paper work, lease contract signed by the tenant and eventually the guarantor will be requested as well as the rent to be paid on time along with a damage deposit (which is returned after the stay minus the damages/ cleaning and bills consumption. The check out fee is 5€/sqm for stay below a year. Agency fees are as follows: 3 to 5 months stay - 75% of a month rent / 5 to 11 month stay - 100% of a month rent.
