Please note that for stay longer than 6 months, the deposit is equal to two months and that the agency fees, paper work, lease contract signed by the tenant and eventually the guarantor will be requested as well as the rent to be paid on time along with a damage deposit (which is returned after the stay minus the damages/ cleaning and bills consumption. The check out fee is 5€/sqm for stay below a year. Agency fees are as follows: 3 to 5 months stay - 75% of a month rent / 5 to 11 month stay - 100% of a month rent. Unless it’s a primary home (12 months lease) than it’s 15€/sqm. Thanks and have a nice stay
