RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Tenants will be charged a monthly fee of 80 euros for the estimated consumption costs, which will be adjusted according to the actual consumption at the tenant's departure, gas consumption is not included, it will be paid according to the bill to the landlord. In addition, a cleaning fee of 70 euros will be charged upon the tenant's departure.
