This is a spacious room with natural light, a balcony, and a double bed in the picturesque neighborhood of Sant Andreu. Since its a house, its even quieter we dont have neighbors above or below the bedrooms. The atmosphere at home is very calm. The room has been freshly painted and is clean. The mattress is 6 months old, very comfortable and quite firm. We have a cleaning service for the common areas every other week. It has excellent transport connections metro, bus, Renfe train, Bicing and plenty of green areas nearby. The room is very spacious. It includes a double bed with a mattress less than 6 months old very comfortable and firm, a wardrobe, and a large desk.
