You’ll be conveniently close to class when you set up home at 15 Dundonald Street. It’s a 15-minute walk to University of Toronto, which means you’ll have time to grab a hot drink at Diabolos Coffee Bar before lectures. Walk 17 minutes in the opposite direction to Ryerson University, or drive out to York University in around 40 minutes. If you have your own car, there’s indoor parking available for residents and visitors.
Despite the great central location, 15 Dundonald Street has some excellent outdoor amenities. After a long day of lectures you’ll look forward to getting home to swim few laps of the rooftop pool, shoot some hoops on the rooftop basketball court or play a few sets on the rooftop tennis court. If that sounds too energetic, you can simply take your books up to the lounge and look out over the city as you get ahead on your assigned reading. When it’s cold or wet outside, you can keep in shape in the indoor fitness centre instead.
Back in your room, you’ll find everything you need to cook up your signature dish in the fully-fitted kitchen. Or you could pick up some burgers and sausages at the nearby supermarket and invite friends over for a rooftop barbecue.
When the sun goes down, fire up your laptop for a study session, or gather together your clothes to take to the onsite laundry. There’s a concierge and maintenance team who can help if you run into any problems, and heat and water are included in your rent, so you won’t be hit with any unexpected bills.
