Please note: mandatory monthly cleaning fee of 25Eur/month, payable in advance. How does our booking process work? After booking through Uniplaces, you will receive a link from us with the full quote for your stay. From the link, you must accept the quote and enter your details and documents. Once this is complete, after a few days, you will receive the rental agreement to sign and you will need to pay 250Eur to the agency (this cost will be deducted from the total costs). The first month's rent, paid through Uniplaces, will be deducted from the agency fees. Important: before moving into the property, you must have paid the first month's rent, the deposit and all agency and cleaning costs.
