Recently renovated apartment, located into a beautiful and classy palace in the heart of the city. This is a really advantageous position as it is located right on the edge of the historic center a short distance from all the main points of interest of Florence but also near the boulevards, so it's easy to get there, also by car. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is composed by two double bedrooms, a nice full bathroom with shower and a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchen. The property is equipped with many comforts as the elevator, air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi and independent heating. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
