You’re just footsteps from Vincennes University campus at The Annex of Vincennes, so you can roll out of your comfy bed before picking up your bike from the racks outside and pedalling to class. After school, hit the shops and cafés of downtown Vincennes before the five-minute cycle back home, or pay a visit to the Red Skelton Museum of American Comedy, a four-minute walk from your apartment. Shop at Vincennes Historical Farmers’ Market in town, or buy some treats at nearby Halter’s Market and Jay C supermarket.
If you prefer to drive around town, park your car in the free residents’ parking bay then head to your apartment and unpack your shopping - there’s plenty of space in your fully-equipped kitchen cupboards and refrigerator to fit it all in! Lay out some chips and dips for you and your housemates to tuck into as you sit on the roomy sofas and make plans to hike in the Ouabache Trails National Park on the weekend. Then turn on the flat-screen TV and flick through the 79 cable channels to find something to watch. If it’s a sunny evening, move outside to the balcony and watch the sun go down while you chat.
Afterwards, grab your phone from your private bedroom and wander down to the clubhouse to meet up with friends. Later, head out to nearby Cutter’s Way bar for a drink. If you need to get chores done, sort out a pile of washing for the laundry room and hit the books at your desk before calling it a night.
