It’s a 30-minute walk to Florida State University, or you can drive there in just six minutes. Florida A&M University is an eight-minute drive away, and it’s a 16-minute trip to Keiser University. You won’t have to search for a spot when you get home, as there’s ample residents’ parking available. You’ll also find it easy to get to the shops and eateries of downtown Tallahassee on weekends, as you can walk there in 15 minutes, or make use of the Fare Free Bus Route instead.
Despite the great location, you’ll want to rush back home to enjoy all the great community amenities. Your apartment is located in a secluded park setting, so you’ll find it easy to switch off from your studies and relax. Soak up the Florida sunshine beside the sparkling pool, chill out under one of the large shade trees, or take your book and lie back in a hammock. When hunger strikes, join friends for a barbecue at the outdoor grills, then take a seat to eat at the picnic tables.
You can choose to live in a self-contained studio or one-bed apartment, or share a two-bed with a friend. Whatever you decide, there’s plenty of space to study, relax and socialise. You’ll find everything you need to cook your favorite food in the fully equipped kitchen, and some units have a separate dining area or breakfast bar.
After you’ve eaten, put your feet up and relax in the living area – there are ceiling fans and ice makers to keep you cool when the weather is warm.
