You won’t have to get up early when you live at Campus Walk Apartments, as you can stroll to Florida State University in eight minutes, or take the 10-minute drive to Florida A&M University. Students at Tallahassee Community College can drive to class in 11 minutes, or cycle there in 20 minutes. There’s free parking and a car wash on-site, but if you’d rather leave your car at home you’re on the Free Fare bus route.
When you get back home, you’ll find everything you need to have fun with friends, focus on your studies, or simply relax. After a long day in class, drop your books in your room then head outside and take a dip in the pool. Lie out on the sun deck and top up your tan, then get together with your neighbors to make dinner in the outdoor cookout area.
If you’re feeling energetic, enjoy a game on the racquetball courts, then make your way back to your apartment to spend some time preparing for your next class. With work out of the way, grab a drink from your fully equipped kitchen, then put your feet up in the living area. If you like the idea of having your own space you can choose a one-bed apartment, or opt to share a three-bed with two friends.
You’ll find it easy to manage your budget because water, sewer, pest control and maintenance are included in your rent, and there’s an on-site laundry where you can keep your clothes clean.
