After a fun-filled day, swing by Powell's Books to pick up some second-hand textbooks, before collecting your groceries from Treasure Island Foods. Stroll through the beautiful lobby once you’re back home at Del Prado, and collect your mail from the 24-hour on-site staff. Then, head to one of the communal lounge areas for a quick chat or a game of pool with friends. When it’s time to burn off some energy, you can hit the state-of-the-art fitness center on site, where you can work out on the treadmills and cardio machines.
When hunger strikes, head up to your bright and spacious apartment and fix yourself a bite to eat in your open plan kitchen, using the stainless steel stovetop, oven and microwave. But if you’re in the mood to eat out, you can walk less than 10 minutes to Giordano’s for a few slices of their famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza. After dinner, get a head-start on your studies with the free high-speed internet available throughout the building.
