PLEASE NOTE: - The tenants are expected to clean the common areas themselves according to a cleaning schedule prepared by the office, but a cleaning service is sent once a month or once every two months; - 50% of the deposit must be paid within 48 hours of signing the contract, and the remaining 50% no later than on the day of arrival; - The invoice for the agency fee is issued 2–3 weeks before the arrival date and must be paid no later than on the day of arrival. - The admin fee is nor charged for the months of June, July and August.
