Single room with garden view in 4-room girls-only flat located near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. The flat is fully furnished, clean and well maintained. It consists of 4 rooms (maximum 5 girls live there as one of the rooms has two beds). Our guests are international students /young professionals (mostly girls) who appreciate excellent location, quietness, cleanliness, safety, and standard of this place. The flat has a big bathroom with a laundry machine, standing drying racks, bidet (girls love it !!!), shower + there is additional shower room available for the tenants of this flat and additional toilet room. Kitchen is modern, with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc. Each room is bright and sunny, lockable and equipped with real bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. Top Warsaw's Location: Mokotów District, near Metro Wilanowska (subway station) and Puławska street. Only 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 2 minutes walk to tram stop in Puławska str., 10 minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (wittily called Mordor) and to shopping mall Wakefield Mokotów. Easy access with public transport to all parts of Warsaw (close metro station, many buses and trams). Very well connected with schools and universities, e.g., Lazarski University, Vistula, SGH, WUT (Warsaw University of Technology), SGGW, Warsaw University etc. Upper Mokotów is prestigious and one of the most desirable districts to live in Warsaw. Many nice events take place regularly in the vicinity, e.g. every Friday in summer, open-air dance parties in Królikarnia Park, every Saturday in summer jazz concerts in Dreszera Park, and every Sunday from spring till mid-autumn, the Breakfast Market (public food market with delicacies) in the park just 2 minutes walk from the flat. The building is surrounded by the garden with a fish pond where you can relax . Everything you need is within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema, shopping malls, etc. There is fast internet here with no extra charge. Please note that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect others' right to rest at home. People do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep shared parts of the flat clean . We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a quiet and clean home and who are not afraid of a vacuum cleaner :). If you don't like to clean, a shared flat is probably not the best option for you. We don't make parties in the house as Warsaw has many places where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here. It is not allowed to smoke here. Only tenants sleep here (non-tenants' sleep-overs are not accepted).
