"The listing in this advert is a sunny and cozy bedroom in an apartment of 2 bedrooms. The apartment is made of a living space, bathroom, bedroom with a very small balcony, bedroom with a very small balcony. There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants (only upon previous request). The service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. There is as well a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants (only upon previous request). The service, if requested, is extra and not included in the price of the monthly rental.
